What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 11 AM.
How far is Villa Aloe Lane located from the beach?
You can find Mambo Beach, Marie Pampoen & Jan Thiel beach at a 15 minute drive away
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we work together with a local taxi company Perfect Choice Taxi. You can contact them via WhatsApp: +5999 5637183 to arrange the pick-up and / or drop-off at the airport.
Do you offer rental cars?
Yes, it’s possible to rent a car directly via us. Please send a WhatsApp message to +5999 528 5388 to discuss the options.
Is water and electricity included during the stay, and what is the policy?
Water and electricity are included with a daily allowance (15 kWh and 0.5 m³). Additional usage is charged at $0.50 per kWh and $10 per m³. We kindly ask guests to use air conditioning, water, and electricity responsibly.
Is cleaning included, and what are the costs?
Final cleaning costs $50. Extra cleaning, including bed linen and towels, is available for $75 and is recommended for stays longer than one week.
Do you provide baby equipment?
Yes, a baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Is parking available at the villa?
Yes, private parking is available on the fully enclosed driveway.
What type of electrical outlets are installed?
The villa is equipped with 220V outlets.
Is the villa located in a secure area?
Yes, the villa is fully private and located in a secure resort with an electric access gate. The property is fully enclosed and offers complete privacy.
What is included during the stay?
Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, a welcome pack (including dishwasher tablet, shampoo and shower gel), a cooler, and use of a baby cot and high chair (on request).
